My stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Izmir - Alsancak had its ups and downs. While the location was excellent for exploring the area, I faced multiple challenges including air conditioning issues and inconsistent service. However, I appreciated the kindness of staff members, especially Mikail, who made my experience warmer despite the rough patches.
